Nutrition For Health and Exercise
During this course, you’ll study the principles of nutrition and apply it to areas of health, physical activity and sports performance. You’ll examine nutritional and physical activity as lifestyle factors which affect general health and wellbeing. You’ll learn about the role of nutrition in the prevention of chronic metabolic diseases such as obesity. Controversies relating to weight management strategies and the efficacy of nutritional supplements will also be addressed.
